At Arete Studios, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
